Local Mobile Search Advisory
The slides present an overview of the 2008 small- and medium-sized business (SMB) advertiser survey findings. Conducted by LMS/Opus in August 2008, and featuring more than 1,000 SMB respondents, the advisory follows up on a similar survey done a year ago. In many instances it compares findings from the prior study and provides a snapshot of SMB attitudes toward online marketing. The survey results cover a range of topics such as SMB adoption of websites, online marketing methods and barriers to adoption, online video, mobile marketing adoption and attitudes toward user reviews. Forthcoming advisories will "drill down" and more closely examine and analyze particular categories of the data.
